Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

🛠️ Custom-Made Products

Custom products (including made-to-order items such as binders or personalised goods) require additional production time.

  • Production time: 3–10 business days (depending on complexity and demand)
  • Processing begins once payment is confirmed

Please note:

  • Production times are estimates and may vary
  • During peak periods or high demand, production times may be extended

3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed or manufactured, not at the time of purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

🌏 International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
  • May vary depending on customs and destination country

4. SHIPPING COSTS

redpandakura is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
  • Include your order number and photos (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery

9. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order includes both custom-made and in-stock items, we may:

  • Ship items together once all products are ready, OR
  • Ship separately at our discretion
